You want a space where you can explore who you are outside of being the one who’s holding it all together.

You’re willing to experiment with surrender so that you may more fully receive divine love.

Your heart yearns for a place to honor your losses and feel your grief without judgment.

If you are able to hold yourself in sovereignty and self-responsibility so that you can participate in this deep work inside of sacred community, please read on.

Come Undone is the space where performing and pretending come to die.

This circle is for women who are ready to be real with themselves and one another. Together we will dive into the depths of our grief so that we may emerge more fully grounded in our wholeness.

Come Undone is a 9-week small group immersion limited to 9 women/ non-binary folks.

Registration closes on 9/22/25.

Modern life often requires us to cut ourselves off from the depth of our emotional experience in order to survive.

This is especially true when it comes to grief.

But our hearts yearn for wholeness.

Our feelings long to be felt.

Our losses want to be named.

When it comes to grief, our current culture leaves much to be desired.

We have very few rituals for honoring grief and they are largely centered around someone dying.

But our hearts are full of grief for all sorts of things.

We experience losses of all kinds - divorce, job loss, moving, illness, friendship break ups, fertility struggles.

Beyond what has happened in our lives, we also grieve the things that didn’t happen. We grieve what we never received, what we didn’t get to experience.

Grief is personal and it’s collective.

We grieve our collective traumas like the COVID-19 pandemic, the political division in our country, and humanitarian crises around the world.

We grieve for our planet as we watch her burn and flood.

It’s all so much and without a place to process our feelings, we do our best to tuck them neatly away and try to carry on with our lives as usual.

But we find we can’t sleep and our jaws are always tight. We snap at our kids. We cry in our cars in grocery store parking lots. We numb out with food or tv or social media. We search for the book or the course or the podcast that will finally help us feel free.

We keep going and doing and showing up for the people we love and the causes we care about but all the while more and more is building up inside and we feel like we can’t pause and we can’t catch a break and it’s not safe to rest and people like us don’t get to fall apart and and and… until there’s so much stuffed inside of you that you feel like you might burst into an explosion of feelings and tears and rage.

Our grief wants to be named.

It needs a place to go.

It deserves to be held in reverence.

This is the work we’ll be doing in Come Undone.

The freedom you crave is on the other side of feeling your feelings.

Can you relate?

You know how everyone around you seems to be less affected by things than you are?

You know how you’ve been made to think you should be able to just let the past go but your heart and mind still hold hurt from things that happened long ago?

You know how you have this hard to explain urge to keep learning, healing, and evolving that other people don’t seem to get?

You’re not alone, beloved.

I have a gift for gathering sensitive, deeply feeling, intuitive women. We can’t wait to welcome you to our circle.

Come Undone is for the woman who’s been holding it all together at the expense of her own well-being.

For the one whose heart is heavy with anger and sadness but it feels like there is no time or space to honor her feelings.

For the one who is ready to do the brave work of meeting herself in her truth and reclaiming her wholeness, even the parts she would rather deny or disown.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Melinda! I’m living proof that you can do the hard and worthwhile work of meeting yourself in your fullness, grieving heart and all. After 20+ years experience working in the field of personal and spiritual growth, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. The most powerful way to nourish your relationship with yourself and the divine is to gather in community, with a small group of like-hearted humans.

Because we were never meant to travel this path alone.

You deserve a space where you can show up as your full self and be held with compassion. And real talk? Our culture sucks when it comes to honoring grief.

That’s why I’ve created Come Undone.

Because I’m here for sensitive, spiritual women having a safe space to dive in deep together without fear of judgment so that they can meet themselves more fully and reclaim the wholeness that’s always been inside of them. I’d be honored to have you join us.

When is the last time you felt deeply held?

When you gathered with a circle of women who opened their arms to you…

When you felt safe to soften the shields around your heart and let yourself really be seen…

When you nourished yourself with the unique medicine of both giving and receiving love…

If this speaks to your soul, we’ve been waiting for you.

You belong with us.

What women have said about working with me…

I joined a group breathwork session facilitated by Melinda and it was a powerful container that offered so much stability, safety, softness, and strength—a beautiful reflection of the energy she holds and brings to every space she’s in.

I often struggle to maintain breath during these types of processes, and while that challenge showed up again, Melinda’s skillful facilitation helped me stay present and open. Her mastery in guiding transcendent journeys allowed me to access deep insight and make important connections between present and past life experiences, as well as how they related to harmful beliefs I’d internalized as a child.

I had a huge emotional release and was able to let go of so much weight and responsibility that never belonged to me in the first place. I left feeling lighter, relieved, empowered, and more hopeful for the future. This was a profoundly healing experience. ~ Breathwork Participant

I came to the retreat feeling drained and defeated. I’ve struggled in the last few years and it’s diminished my self-worth and how I see myself. I’ve felt less carefree and light hearted. After the retreat, I felt like someone had lightened my soul and let joy back in. The feeling of community, sisterhood, and understanding really made me feel less like an outsider and instead magnified the joy and happiness. It also helped to lighten any difficulties I had been feeling because I knew other women had suffered them too. Just giving space to talk or listen to each other was powerful.

I booked a breathwork session with Melinda with the intention to move stagnant energy out & wake up the chi energy in my body. I imagined it would be a nice self care moment that would make me feel good after but what I received was SO MUCH MORE!

Her grounded facilitation and loving presence helped me feel safe enough to access another dimension. I ended up having an incredibly vivid experience where my dad and grandma, who have passed, gave my upcoming project their blessing. I left the breathwork session feeling so empowered, supported, held, and healed on a deeper level.

I cannot thank Melinda enough for the core memory she made possible through her facilitation and offering. Highly recommend as you will be in great hands!

I've done a lot of work in sobriety and in therapy, but I've struggled to truly embrace certain ideas of healing in both my head AND heart.

The Unleash Retreat helped me to get to the latter, thanks to the combination of Melinda's trauma-informed therapy background, the sacred, spiritual space of Temple, and being with other women looking to heal and grow in their own lives. It helped me to rediscover and celebrate the strength, confidence, and connection to the unseen that's always been within me. That I don't need to keep living from a place of doubt or fear. That it's ok to use my voice and to stop putting my needs on the backburner. And that even when I don't feel like it, I'm still a badass, valued, beloved soul who has a unique purpose and gifts - and is enough!

~ Megan Ross, Retreat participant

When I arrived, I truly felt depleted and was longing for reprieve and companionship. When I left the retreat, I felt energized (actually euphoric), and like I had met wonderful people I can call sisters and allies!
— Ceaton Falgiano, retreat participant

It was so nourishing to connect with other women and talk about our shared experiences. The meditation you offered was really powerful and transformative for me.
